SpaceX closed the $60.0B Cursor acquisition on August 14, issuing 389.3 million Class A shares, and three days later the first post-IPO 13F filings showed who owns the stock: Alphabet, Fidelity, Gigafund, Saudi PIF, and Nvidia, whose position was worth $17.2 billion at the August 14 close, with Harvard disclosing 12.9 million shares and 23 managers holding more than 80% of reported stock. On the hardware side, Ship 40 reached Christmas Island intact after roughly 24 days under tow, a 52-meter upper stage recovered whole from the Indian Ocean and headed back to Starbase for inspection.
