Terms of Use for Mach33 Research Platform

By accessing or using the Mach33 Research web application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including all research papers, reports, data, analyses, and other materials made available through the Platform (the “Content”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform or Content.

 

 

1. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for the following purposes:

3. Intellectual Property

All Content available through the Platform, including text, data, charts, graphics, methodologies, and analyses, is owned by Mach33 Financial Group or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 

 

4. Attribution

When citing or referencing Content, you must:

  • Provide proper attribution to the author(s) and Mach33 Financial Group

  • Include the publication title and date

  • Not misrepresent, selectively alter, or distort the Content or its conclusions

 

 

5. Platform Access and Accounts
